When should I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

How long does standard shipping take? 
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carriers speed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You'll be able to track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

Does LSRC ship to my country?
Currently, we ship to most countries in the EU and North America. If you want us to ship to a country that we do not currently service, please contact us. 

Should I be aware of any extra charge like customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes.

What about Brexit?
Customs/import duties may be charged once the parcel enters the UK, which must be paid by the customer. The charge at checkout covers shipping costs from Belgium to the UK. Import taxes are imposed by UK customs regulations.
LSRC has no control over these charges and cannot provide cost estimates. To avoid surprises, please contact your local customs office for current regulations before ordering.

What if my shipping address is wrong?
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our shipping policy will be reflected on this page.

Returns & refunds

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations we've got you covered. If your item is eligible for a return, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at returns@lsrc.world and we'll send you a prepaid label. After we will deduct this expense from the refund issued to you, as the customer is responsible for the return charges.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, and include the correct packaging to facilitate the return process. If you don't meet these requirements, you might not be able to get a refund. 
Please note that returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, and retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
